Proven experience managing end-to-end proposal and contract processes including EPC and services projects with strong understanding of commercial and contractual frameworks. Demonstrated leadership experience managing small high-performing teams with strong collaboration planning coordination and communication skills. Skilled in stakeholder management across cross-functional teams with strong commercial acumen attention to detail decision-making capability and ability to work under pressure with resilience and adaptability. Strong verbal and written communication skills to be able to negotiate with key stakeholders ability to develop relationships across all facets of the business. Proficient in Microsoft Office Salesforce and document management systems; familiarity with AI-enabled proposal or contract automation tools is a plus.
