The programme is an international programme that starts with a rotation in HQ Hamburg Germany and is followed by further steps in Mumbai India. As a Research & Development trainee you will explore a variety of topics depending on your interests. From discovery to product development to consumer studies everything can be part of your journey. You will work within different Research & Development teams focusing on your own projects and/or gaining deep insights into daytoday operations. As the programme aims to prepare you to navigate and steer future Research & Development challenges you will work with global and regional teams to gain a holistic perspective on the R&D world. From day one you will take ownership to cocreate and help shape the future of our company.

- A university degree (Bachelor / Master) in a lifescience field (e.g. Chemistry Biochemistry Product Development (Molecular) Biology Data Science) from a Premier / Tier1 institute

It is an 18-month trainee opportunity based at the R&D Office Mumbai. The first step starting in September 2026 will take place in Hamburg Germany and requires travels to Hamburg throughout the programme. After the initial step the role requires working from the office in Mumbai India and will be on a direct contract with the organization.
