Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with Bengali-speaking customers through phone calls WhatsApp email and other channels.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide information about products/services.
- Follow up with leads and prospective customers to support sales conversion.
- Coordinate with the sales team for customer requirements appointments and follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate records of leads customer interactions and follow-up activities.
- Update customer information in CRM/Excel and ensure timely follow-up.
- Prepare quotations basic sales reports and other sales-related documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of customer requirements.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with Bengali-speaking customers.
- Achieve assigned sales/support targets and contribute to overall team performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Fluent Bengali communication is mandatory.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
- 13 years of experience in Sales / Telecalling / Telesales / Inside Sales / Customer Support / Sales Coordination.
- Good follow-up and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Experience with CRM software will be an advantage.
- Strong coordination organization and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
