Job Summary
Job position : Bench Sales Manager
Experience : 1215 years of experience
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Bench Sales team to achieve placement and business targets.
- Develop effective strategies to market Bench Consultants and H1B Transfer Candidates.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the vendor/contact network.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with T1 vendors implementation partners and clients.
- Monitor team performance daily activities and weekly KPIs.
- Provide guidance coaching and support to improve team productivity and placement outcomes.
Requirements: - Strong experience in US IT Bench Sales with proven team management skills.
- Experience in handling Bench Consultants and H1B Transfer Candidates.
- Strong vendor network and understanding of the US staffing ecosystem.
- Ability to build new vendor relationships and expand professional networks.
- Excellent communication negotiation and leadership skills.
