Key Role & Responsibility:
BA in Psychology Rural Development or a related field. Preference for candidates with a background in Industrial Psychology.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with employees.

Proficiency in creating and delivering training programs.
Certifications (Preferred):
CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy)
SFBT (Solution-Focused Brief Therapy)
