Job Summary
We are looking for a Business Development Manager (BDM) with experience in Domestic IT & Non-IT Staffing. The candidate will be responsible for generating new clients handling staffing requirements and maintaining strong client relationships across India.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities for IT & Non-IT staffing.
Acquire and manage domestic clients across India.
Understand client hiring requirements and coordinate with recruiters.
Schedule client meetings and negotiate commercial terms.
Maintain long-term client relationships and ensure timely closures.
Achieve monthly revenue and hiring targets.
Required Skills
2 years of experience in Domestic Staffing Business Development.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Experience in client acquisition and account management.
Knowledge of recruitment lifecycle and staffing process.
Familiarity with LinkedIn job portals and ATS tools.
Preferred
Existing client network in India staffing market.
Experience in IT and Non-IT recruitment sales.
