BBS Head

Job Description:

• Coordinating with Client and Consultant for finalizing work on time.

• Strictly follow IS-CodeSP 34 and BS-8666.

• Preparation of Shop/working drawings and taking approval from clients.

• Preparation of BBS as per GFC drawing/Architecture drawings and taking approval from Clients.

• Preparing Joint measurement reports (JMR) with Client & Sub-contractor.

• Preparing reconciliation of steel with Invisible steel.

• Planning and checking for Fixing ability and Sequence of fixing.

• Checking and Inspection of Schedule (BBS) at site.

• Taking monthly physical Quantity and preparing 3 months requirement of steel as per the plan.

• Preparation & Checking of Sub-contractor bill.

• Calculating exact Quantities of concrete Shuttering and steel.

• Has done BBS of pile foundation footing Base slab Sump UPE wall stair-case retaining wall/side wall column concourse slab roof slab Rcc wall pedestal Ancillary building etc.

• Laid pile foundation pile-cap foundation/footing Base-slab retaining wall lift-wall concourse- slab column.

• Handling steel yard and maintaining records (Inward transfer to site physical stock consumption offset bar scrap etc.) for optimization of steel.

• Having good ability to optimizing the wastage.

• Preparation of shop drawing for footing Raft Column Pier Pier-cap Beam Base slab concourse slab roof slab duct and other structural element.

• Coordination with site team for steel optimization.
