Job Summary
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Greet guests take drink orders and recommend beverages.
- Mix cocktails according to standard recipes.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar area and equipment.
- Check customer identification to verify legal drinking age.
- Monitor and replenish bar inventory and supplies.
- Process cash and card payments accurately.
- Follow food safety hygiene and responsible alcohol service policies.
- Work closely with the restaurant and kitchen team to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
Qualifications :
- Previous bartending or hospitality experience preferred.
- Knowledge of cocktails spirits wines and beers.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible to work evenings weekends and holidays.
- Positive attitude teamwork and attention to detail.
