Job Summary

Job Role

The Bar Assistant supports bartenders in preparing beverages maintaining cleanliness and ensuring smooth bar operations.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in beverage preparation and service
Maintain bar cleanliness and hygiene standards
Stock and replenish bar inventory
Prepare garnishes and bar mise-en-place
Support bartenders during service rush
Follow SOPs and safety guidelines

Project Goals

Ensure smooth and efficient bar operations
Maintain high hygiene and service standards
Support team in delivering quick turnaround times

Requirements

Required Skills

Basic knowledge of beverages and bar operations
Ability to work in fast-paced environments
Team player with good communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

13 years experience in hospitality/bar service
Basic bartending training (advantage)
