About Position:

We are seeking an experienced Backend Developer with strong expertise in Core API development cloud technologies and modern backend architectures. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building scalable secure and high-performance backend systems that power enterprise applications and real-time collaboration platforms. The role requires hands-on experience in backend development cloud-native technologies event-driven architectures database technologies DevOps practices and application performance optimization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design develop deploy and support robust backend solutions.

What Youll Do:

• Design develop and maintain scalable backend applications using C# and Core.
• Build high-performance REST APIs and WebSocket APIs for enterprise applications and real-time collaboration platforms.
• Develop secure resilient and maintainable microservices and service-oriented architectures.
• Implement event-driven solutions using Azure Service Bus SignalR and messaging frameworks.
• Deploy and manage backend services across AWS and Azure cloud environments.
• Develop caching strategies using Redis to improve application performance and scalability.
• Design and optimize database solutions using PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
• Monitor application health availability and performance using CloudWatch and observability tools.
• Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis to ensure system reliability.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins GitHub Actions and DevOps best practices.
• Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate backend services with React-based applications.
• Optimize system performance through code improvements database tuning and infrastructure enhancements.
• Participate in architecture discussions sprint planning code reviews and technical design sessions.
• Ensure adherence to security standards coding guidelines and software engineering best practices.
• Create and maintain technical documentation API specifications and support procedures.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to engineering excellence initiatives.

Expertise Youll Bring:

• 610 years of experience in backend software development using C# technologies.
• Strong hands-on expertise in C# and Core application development.
• Extensive experience designing and developing RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Hands-on experience implementing WebSocket-based communication and real-time collaboration capabilities.
• Strong understanding of backend architecture asynchronous programming and scalable design patterns.
• Experience working with AWS and Azure cloud platforms.
• Knowledge of cloud-native application deployment and operational best practices.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins GitHub Actions or equivalent platforms.
• Strong experience with Redis caching and performance optimization techniques.
• Experience working with PostgreSQL and relational database systems.
• Experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB.
• Strong understanding of database design indexing query optimization and performance tuning.
• Experience building event-driven architectures using Azure Service Bus and SignalR.
• Understanding of distributed systems messaging platforms and asynchronous processing models.
• Experience with application monitoring observability logging and diagnostics tools.
• Knowledge of authentication authorization API security OAuth JWT and secure coding practices.
• Familiarity with React TypeScript and frontend integration concepts.
• Exposure to and data visualization frameworks is desirable.
• Experience with Docker containerization and Kubernetes orchestration.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices infrastructure automation and deployment strategies.
• Exposure to automated testing frameworks and quality engineering practices.
• Experience with analytics platforms such as PostHog is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical debugging troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience working in Agile and Scrum environments.
• Ability to work independently and contribute effectively within distributed teams.
• Passion for software engineering backend architecture and continuous learning.
