Senior Cloud Security Engineer

Primary Focus:AWS security IAM authorization cloud security controls infrastructure security API security and implementation of security architecture.

Responsibilities

• Implement authentication and authorization capabilities using AWS Cognito Amazon Verified Permissions and VPC Lattice.
• Implement and maintain API security controls including schema validation traffic inspection WAF configuration and service-to-service security.
• Configure and maintain encryption at rest encryption in transit tokenization and other data protection mechanisms.
• Implement secure session management SSO integrations and machine-to-machine authentication patterns.
• Support privileged access management and centralized authorization frameworks.
• Implement logging audit controls telemetry protection and immutable audit storage requirements.
• Support vulnerability management cloud security posture improvements and compliance initiatives.
• Work closely with application and platform teams to ensure security controls are consistently implemented.
