Were not ready to share everything publicly yet. But were ready to bring on the person who will own the financial architecture of this group from Day 1.

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗲: AVP Finance Group Controller

This is a full-stack finance role. You will own:

Controllership across all group entities manufacturing platform brand
Monthly closures statutory compliance GST / TDS / advance tax
FP&A MIS budgeting forecasting reporting
Manufacturing finance cost per unit OEE yield COGS by SKU Inventory management
Brand finance CAC contribution margin ROAS cohort LTV
Setting up finance systems processes and team from scratch

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿:

Qualified CA (mandatory)
78 years of experience in a group with manufacturing AND brand/commerce operations
Equal comfort with closing books and building business cases
Someone who sees finance as a strategic function not a back-office one
Open to relocation first few months in East and Northeast India; Bangalore from next year
