Position Description
We are seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Lead with 6 years of strong Test Automation tools like Selenium and banking domain expertise. This role will bridge business and technology teams ensuring clear requirements high-quality delivery and alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
oQTP/UFT Automation with VB scripting is mandatory with minimum 5 years of hands on in automation script design/development
oCandidate should have experience in UFT automation framework development (Keyword or Data Driven or Hybrid framework)
oGood experience in UFT object repository.
oGood experience in handling Database (SQL) with knowledge in DB queries.
oExperience of estimating automation test effort
oThe candidate should know ALM or JIRA Bit Bucket
oBasic knowledge in CI/CD under Agile Dev. Ops model. (Good to have)
oBasic knowledge in Manual Testing & Investment Banking domain (Good to have)
oGood communication skills both verbal and written.
oShould know how to write main documentation about the implemented test automaton architecture and the test automaton user guide etc..
oShould be self-motivated and able to manage assigned testing activity individually
oManage flexible timings to ensure availability during test execution phase

B.E or equivalent
