We are hiring Automation Technicians with experience in industrial automation control systems and instrumentation maintenance. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with PLCs SCADA VFDs sensors and industrial control equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install maintain and troubleshoot automation and control systems.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of PLCs SCADA VFDs sensors actuators and instrumentation equipment.
- Diagnose automation and electrical faults and carry out repairs.
- Support testing calibration and commissioning activities.
- Monitor system performance and ensure smooth plant operations.
- Maintain maintenance records and reports.
- Follow safety procedures and operational standards.
Requirements
- Diploma/ITI in Automation Electrical Electronics Instrumentation or a related field.
- Minimum 25 years of experience in industrial automation and control systems.
- Knowledge of PLCs SCADA VFDs sensors and industrial instrumentation.
- Ability to read electrical and control schematics.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in manufacturing utilities or industrial plants is preferred.
Required Skills:
Diploma / ITI in Instrumentation Electronics Electrical or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in fertilizer petrochemical refinery chemical oil & gas power or process plants. Hands-on experience with calibration tools test equipment and field instrumentation. Knowledge of CMMS preventive maintenance and troubleshooting techniques. Familiarity with DCS/SCADA systems and industrial safety standards. Good communication and report-writing skills in English. Strong understanding of PPE work permit systems and HSEQ practices.
