About the Role:We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Software Automation Tester to join our ERP product team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software testing specifically automation with experience in ensuring the quality and reliability of complex ERP this role you will design develop and execute automated tests to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the ERP product and ensure it meets high standards of functionality performance and usability.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop implement and maintain automated test scripts for various modules of the ERP product focusing on functional regression and end-to-end testing.
Collaborate with product owners developers and QA team members to understand functional and technical requirements and translate them into effective automated test cases.
Design and execute test strategies for ERP-specific modules such as finance HR supply chain inventory and others ensuring high test coverage and minimal defects in production.
Create and manage test data and environments to support automated testing efforts and continuous integration.
Analyze test results report defects and work with developers to resolve issues promptly.
Ensure traceability of test cases to requirements and provide clear and comprehensive test documentation.
Use test management tools and reporting dashboards to monitor test progress and generate quality metrics.
Contribute to the ongoing improvement of test frameworks processes and best practices to enhance automation efficiency and reliability.


Your future duties and responsibilities
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
Proven experience (3 years) as an Automation Tester ideally with exposure to ERP products or complex enterprise systems.
Proficiency in test automation tools such as Selenium TestNG JUnit or similar.
Strong knowledge of programming languages like Java Python or JavaScript used in test automation.
Familiarity with testing ERP modules (e.g. Finance HR SCM) and understanding business workflows and processes.
Experience with test management tools (e.g. JIRA) and CI/CD pipelines (e.g. Jenkins GitLab).
Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) agile methodologies and testing best practices.
Excellent analytical problem-solving and communication skills.
