Job Descreption

Senior Software Engineers will write code test launch and support large scale development projects. At times they may interact directly with internal and external clients to help brainstorm and create technical solutions to business problems.

Must have skills

Technical:
Proficiency in backend technologies (e.g. Perl).
Strong experience with RESTful API development and integration.
Database expertise (SQL and/or NoSQL).
Understanding of system architecture and design principles.
Familiarity with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
Basic frontend skills (HTML CSS JavaScript or similar).
Soft Skills:
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Effective communication and collaboration in cross-functional teams.
Ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments.
Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Good to have skills

Technical:
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS Azure GCP).
Knowledge of containerization (Docker Kubernetes).
Familiarity with microservices architecture.
Exposure to frontend frameworks beyond (React Angular).

Key responsibiltes

Strong experience designing developing and debugging backend applications.
Solid experience with databases (SQL or similar) including data modeling and query optimization.
Strong understanding of backend fundamentals such as RESTful APIs HTTP authentication/authorization security best practices and performance optimization.
Experience maintaining and enhancing existing backend systems in production environments.
Working knowledge of HTML CSS and JavaScript.
Ability to build and maintain UI components to support backend functionality.
Understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
Experience with or similar modern frontend frameworks.
Proficiency with Git and collaborative development workflows.
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment using tools such as JIRA.
Strong analytical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication time management and prioritization skills.

Education Qulification

Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field or equivalent hands-on experience.
