Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Associate Talent Acquisition Executive with experience in IT recruitment. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and hands-on experience in sourcing and hiring for technical roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source IT candidates through job portals social media and internal databases
- Screen and shortlist candidates through calls and initial discussions
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle
- Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Assist in offer negotiation and closure
- Handle document collection and verification
- Ensure a smooth candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding
- Experience in IT Staff Augmentation will be an added advantage
Required Skills:
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Hands-on experience with Naukri Boolean search techniques and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Understanding of IT roles and technologies
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications:
- MBA in HR & Computer/IT background (Preferred)
