1. Commission Calculations
   • Calculate and validate sales commission payments accurately and on time.
   • Review commission data to ensure compliance with company policies and compensation plans.
2. Data Analysis
   • Analyze sales and commission data to identify discrepancies trends and improvement opportunities.
   • Verify the accuracy of sales reports and supporting data.
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration
   • Partner with Sales Finance and Operations teams to resolve commission-related queries and issues.
   • Ensure timely processing and payment of commissions.
4. Reporting & Insights
   • Prepare regular commission reports dashboards and presentations for management.
   • Communicate key findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders.
5. Process Improvement
   • Identify opportunities to streamline commission processes and reporting.
   • Support automation and efficiency initiatives using Excel and other tools.
6. Ownership & Accountability
   • Develop a strong understanding of commission plans calculations and reporting processes.
   • Take ownership of assigned processes and proactively resolve issues with minimal supervision.
   • Effectively communicate with stakeholders at various levels of the organisation.
7. Deadline Management
   • Manage multiple tasks and ensure deliverables are completed within agreed timelines.
   • Follow up with stakeholders to obtain required inputs and keep activities on track.
   • Proactively identify risks to deadlines and implement solutions to meet commitments.

• Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Commerce Business or a related field.
• 02 years of experience in Finance Accounting Operations Reporting or Data Analysis.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP formulas data analysis).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
