About the team
Within Global Customer Care the Solution Performance & Scalability team helps customers understand assess and improve the performance characteristics of their Maestro solutions. We provide proactive insight into solution scalability identify risks that may affect user experience and deliver practical data-driven recommendations. The Associate Solution Performance Analyst will strengthen the teams execution capacity by supporting core performance engagements and related analysis helping turn established methods into consistent high-quality deliverables for internal and external stakeholders. This role also offers the opportunity to learn from experienced team members and gain exposure to performance analysis in a global SaaS environment.
What you will do
- Support the execution of deployment-focused performance engagements including data gathering analysis and preparation of customer-facing deliverables.
- Analyze system and usage data to identify trends anomalies and potential risks that may affect solution performance or scalability.
- Investigate logs metrics and other technical inputs to support issue analysis and validate findings.
- Prepare performance summaries recommendations and supporting documentation using established team methods and templates.
- Collaborate with senior analysts and cross-functional partners to translate technical findings into clear actionable insights.
- Contribute to process improvements reporting automation and documentation updates that improve consistency and scalability within the team.
Education Qualification
- Bachelors degree in computer science engineering software or a related field or equivalent practical experience
What we are looking for
- 1-2 years of experience in performance analysis software testing technical support data analysis or a related technical field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work through technical details and identify meaningful patterns in data.
- Experience with scripting or programming languages such as Python JavaScript Java or similar.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present technical information clearly and professionally.
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Comfortable working in a globally distributed team environment with occasional schedule flexibility to support cross-time-zone collaboration
Nice to have
- Exposure to performance testing or load testing tools such as JMeter K6 NeoLoad or similar.
- Familiarity with log analysis monitoring or observability tools such as Datadog Kibana or similar.
- Experience working with structured data using Excel SQL or similar tools for analysis and reporting.
- Exposure to API testing or inspection tools such as Postman and comfort working with JSON or other structured technical outputs.
- Knowledge of SaaS applications enterprise software environments or supply chain concepts.
- Experience building lightweight automations reports or dashboards to improve team efficiency and support repeatable analysis.
