Associate Service Delivery Manager (ASDM)
Location: Chennai / Bangalore

Role Summary
Looking for an experienced ASDM to drive offshore delivery governance client engagement and P&L for healthcare/lifesciences programs. The role will work closely with onsite teams to ensure delivery excellence operational efficiency and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Own offshore delivery governance across multiple programs
- Act as SPOC for delivery and align with onsite stakeholders
- Manage client communication and support MBRs/QBRs
- Track KPIs SLAs and drive continuous improvement
- Ensure quality process adherence and cost optimization
- Lead team performance capability building and resource planning
- Manage P&L support renewals and drive upsell/cross-sell opportunities
Requirements
- 18 20 years in delivery/program management
- Experience in Healthcare/Lifesciences (Payer preferred)
- Strong in stakeholder management governance and P&L
- Exposure to onsite-offshore delivery models
- Agile/Waterfall experience
