Associate Senior Support Analyst, FIX connectivity with a MNC Institutional Brokerage & Investment Firm

About the Role
Join our Global FIX Connectivity team responsible for handling FIX connectivity requests from clients vendors brokers and exchanges. You will work closely with regional FIX teams across Hong Kong Pune New York Japan London and Sydney.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily trading operations desk support for various trading desks including High Touch & Low Touch Cash Equities SWAP and F&O.
- Conduct FIX testing and certifications for FIX clients vendors brokers and internal/external dark & lit pools & exchanges.
- Collaborate with infrastructure teams to set up connectivity between external parties and the firm and maintain FIX network relationships.
- Individually rollout FIX projects.
- Be willing to undertake other Trade Support functions as required.

Requirements
- 6-8 years of overall experience with a minimum of 3-5 years proficiency in FIX technology including FIX certification and client on-boarding.
- Proven experience with FIX engines such as Cameron FIX Appia or similar.
- Excellent knowledge of Cash Equity business within DMA/DSA Agency and Program FIX environments.
- Excellent knowledge of SWAP Futures & Options business within DMA & DSA FIX environments.
- 3-5 years of experience in a Broker/Dealer environment.
- Good knowledge of exchange rules for Asian markets (HK China CONNECT JP KR SG TW AU IN ID).
- Good understanding of Trade Flow systems needed for DMA/DSA trade booking especially in markets like China Connect Korea Taiwan and India.
- Good understanding of Order Management Systems (e.g. Fidessa Flextrade).
- Good understanding of Front-end systems (e.g. Bloomberg ITG).
- Good exposure to FIX testing tools (e.g. VeriFIX).
- Good exposure to FIX monitoring tools (e.g. KIBANA Grafana Logstash Elasticsearch ITRS).
- Good exposure to change & incident management tools (e.g. SNOW).
- Must be a self-starter and capable of working independently.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with vendors and traders.
- Ready to work in a high-pressure trading floor environment.
- FIX development skills (not mandatory but good to have).
- Knowledge of SRE (Site Reliability Engineering) is an added advantage.
