Job Summary
Role and Responsibilities
- Assist with P&L reporting and month-end close processes; Revenue Recognition Invoicing Receivables Management.
- Prepare balance sheet substantiation and support reconciliations (e.g. accruals deferred revenue intercompany).
- Deliver detailed analytical reporting to business managers and senior finance leadership.
Design implement and maintain scalable solutions that improve accuracy and efficiency.
Required Qualifications Skills and Capabilities
- 5years of related finance accounting or reporting experience
- Bachelors degree with a concentration in either Accounting Finance or a related discipline
- CA /CPA / MBA Finance candidate preferred.
- Ability to multitask and effectively manage working towards rigorous deadlines
- Strong Microsoft Office skills including advanced Excel plus Word and PowerPoint.
- Working knowledge of US GAAP regulatory reporting and internal control concepts.
- Excellent analytical organizational and communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- ERP experience (e.g. Oracle SAP) and strong general ledger familiarity.
Primarily 2PM - 11PM shift extending during critical business days
Preferred Qualifications Skills and Capabilities
- Experience supporting card products Card & Connected Commerce or comparable consumer finance businesses.
- Effective stakeholder managementprovides clear status updates and responds promptly.
- Ability to switch seamlessly between discussion and execution across multiple projects.
