Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end transition projects ensuring smooth migration of processes and operations.
- Develop transition plans governance frameworks and execution strategies aligned to client objectives.
- Conduct due diligence process assessments and risk evaluations to support transition readiness.
- Drive Knowledge Transfer (KT) activities training plans and documentation management.
- Manage stakeholders across clients operations technology quality and leadership teams.
- Track project milestones risks dependencies and transition deliverables through defined tollgates.
- Facilitate change management and change control reviews to ensure business continuity.
- Establish dashboards reporting mechanisms and transition metrics for program tracking.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and issue resolution.
- Capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement initiatives across transitions.
Required Skills & Experience
- 8 years of experience in Transition Program Management or Business Process Transformation.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end process transitions in a BPO/BPM environment.
- Strong project management stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience in risk management governance and change management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficiency in transition methodologies tools and reporting dashboards.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate/Postgraduate degree.
- PMP PRINCE2 Agile or Scrum certifications preferred.
- Experience in Life Insurance/Financial Services domain is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
