Associate Manager, Commodity Management and Sourcing

• Support the execution of global category strategies by delivering spend analysis market intelligence dashboards and executivelevel insights.

• Support global and regional negotiations through cost models benchmarks and structured negotiation preparation track contract renewals and compliance.
• Identify size and track costreduction and productivity opportunities; support AOP commitments and savings validation with finance.
• Manage category council governance including meeting cadence materials action tracking and supplier/QBR review preparation.
• Partner with regional sourcing and crossfunctional teams to ensure consistent execution of global category strategies across regions.

• Bachelors degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering Supply Chain Business Finance or related field.
• 12-15 years of experience in category management direct strategic sourcing source to contract
• Have strong exposure to global suppliers
• Experience supporting global or regional sourcing teams in a matrix organization.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

• Experience in HVAC rotating equipment or engineered component supply base.
• Exposure to global negotiations contract management or productivity programs.
• Experience working with global stakeholders across APAC EMEA and Americas.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently while supporting senior leaders
