Job Summary
| Job Purpose | We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead with 8-12 years of experience in designing developing enhancing and supporting enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Core Java Spring Boot Oracle Database and end-to-end software development lifecycle practices. Additionally the candidate must have strong functional knowledge of Collections and Debt Management Systems (DMS) & Legal Collection within the BFSI/NBFC domain and experience working closely with business stakeholders to deliver scalable and high-performing solutions. |
| Duties and Responsibilities | ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Design develop and maintain enterprise-grade applications using Core Java Spring Boot REST APIs and Oracle Database. Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Develop scalable maintainable and high-performance applications adhering to coding standards and best practices. Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to system design decisions. Perform code reviews and ensure compliance with quality security and performance standards. Collaborate with business users product owners architects QA teams and vendors. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers. Participate in project planning estimations sprint activities and release management. Prepare technical documentation design documents KT materials and operational runbooks. Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve application stability and operational efficiency. Ensure adherence to SDLC Agile coding standards and governance processes. |
| Required Qualifications and Experience | PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATION Bachelors degree in computer science Information Technology Engineering or equivalent. 8-10 years of experience in enterprise application development. Strong hands-on experience in: oCore Java (Java 8 or above) oSpring Boot oSpring MVC oRESTful API Development oOracle Database (SQL & PL/SQL) oHibernate/JPA oMicroservices Architecture Strong understanding of application performance tuning and optimization. Hands-on experience with API integrations and third-party system interfaces Collections Domain Expertise. KEY TRAITS Must be able to think beyond obvious and find out innovative ways to deliver in tight timelines and chaotic environments. Provide required support and inputs to the team members. Ensure that the Company standards and procedures are being followed across process. Enthusiastic highly motivated and very detail-oriented individual - positive can do attitude. Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic and demanding environment. |
