Associate Lead – Catalog & eCommerce

We are seeking an Associate Lead Catalog & eCommerce to join our team. The role will drive accurate consistent and highquality catalog operations while leading pricing integrity and taxonomy design. This position reports to the Senior Manager/Head of Product Data Catalog & eCommerce Operations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee endtoend pricing processes conduct regular reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.

• Establish and enforce catalog data quality control protocols and standards.

• Design and maintain enterpriselevel taxonomy structures for consistent product categorization.

• Manage product onboarding ensuring completeness and compliance with data standards.

• Utilize Magento for catalog uploads updates troubleshooting and platform enhancements.

• Lead mentor and coach a team of catalog associates/analysts to meet productivity and quality benchmarks.

• Collaborate crossfunctionally with merchandising sourcing IT and eCommerce teams.

Required qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business IT or a related field.

• 79 years of experience in catalog management eCommerce operations or product data management.

• Handson experience with Magento (catalog module product uploads attribute management).

• Proven expertise in pricing strategy audits and reconciliation processes.

• Strong skills in taxonomy design data governance and quality control.

• Demonstrated teamlead or associatelead experience with solid stakeholder management abilities.

Nice to have

• MBA (preferred but not mandatory).

• Prior experience creating SEOfriendly product content.

• Advanced analytical and problemsolving skills.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication.
