- Manage General Ledger (GL) accounting and financial reporting activities.
- Perform month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Handle fixed asset accounting lease accounting and intercompany reconciliations.
- Prepare financial statements including Balance Sheet P&L and Trial Balance.
- Conduct account reconciliations and variance analysis.
- Support budgeting forecasting and financial planning activities.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards taxation and internal financial controls.
- Coordinate with global stakeholders and support internal/external audits.
- Drive process improvements automation initiatives and operational excellence.
- Maintain SLA KPI and TAT adherence within RTR processes.
- 35 years of experience in RTR / General Ledger Accounting.
- Strong experience in Shared Services (SSC) / BPO Finance Operations.
- Hands-on experience with SAP ERP.
- Advanced MS Excel skills.
- Good understanding of financial statements reconciliations and accounting principles.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts supporting global business operations.
- Shipping or Logistics industry experience is an added advantage.
- Exposure to global finance and accounting operations.
