Position Description:

Title: Associate FP&A
Location: Bangalore
Shift: 12:30PM to 9:30PM
Skills: MBA Finance/ with Excel and power point Knowledge.

Job Description:
Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly quarterly and Annual reports track KPIs and analyze revenue margins and costs.
Variance Analysis: Assisting with actuals vs. budget/forecast analysis to uncover trends risks and opportunities.
Budgeting & Forecasting: Supporting annual budgeting process rolling forecasts and financial reports.
Process Improvement:Enhance reporting accuracy automate dashboards and improve forecasting discipline.
Supporting Role:Following up with BU controllers on various processes for smoother reporting.

. Collaborating with BU controllers to streamline processes and enhance reporting efficiency.
. Acting as a liaison with BU controllers to ensure smoother reporting and process alignment.
. Providing process support by following up with BU controllers to drive accurate and timely reporting.


Key Skills & Qualifications:
Educational Background: Commerce graduate MBA Finance or equivalent.
Financial Modeling: Strong Excel PowerPoint and planning tools (Hyperion SmartView).
Communication Skills: Escalate findings clearly to senior management and stakeholders.
