Associate Finance

Position : Associate Finance

Location: Gurgaon Haryana

Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate books of accounts and ensure timely month-end and year-end closures

• Prepare journal entries general ledger reviews and balance sheet reconciliations

• Assist in preparation of financial statements and MIS reports

• Handle accounts payable and receivable including reconciliations and controls

• Manage statutory compliances such as GST TDS and related filings

• Support internal statutory and tax audits and resolve audit queries

• Ensure adherence to internal controls policies and accounting standards

• Coordinate with internal teams and stat auditor

• Coordinate with banking partners to support banking relationships financing activities documentation and ongoing compliance requirements.

Required Skills and Experience

• Chartered Accountant Qualified or (Semi-Qualified CA also preferred)

• 25 years of relevant experience in accounting finance audit or taxation

• Articleship and corporate finance experience preferred

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting

• Working knowledge of GST TDS and statutory compliance

• Experience with ERP/accounting systems

• Proficiency in accounting and ERP systems including Tally and Zoho

• Proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP)

• Strong analytical communication and time-management skills

• High attention to detail and professional integrity
