We are looking for a Associate Director to join our team.
You will lead the development and delivery of recruitment to our university partners degree programmes. This is a commercially focused role designed to support diversification beyond traditional pathway recruitment ensuring Kaplan can identify prioritise and convert new direct recruitment opportunities in a responsible and scalable way.
You will work closely with regional recruitment teams partner and product teams marketing admissions operations and systems stakeholders to understand what is feasible what is required to launch successfully and where direct recruitment can make the greatest impact. Your responsibility will include bringing together market insight delivery planning and cross-functional coordination so that new opportunities are translated into clear recruitment plans and measurable outcomes.

Proven experience in international student recruitment with exposure to university recruitment and/or direct recruitment models as well as agent networks.
Strong commercial mindset with a track record of delivering recruitment growth improving conversion and using data to inform decisions.
Understanding of international education markets and the operational requirements that sit behind successful recruitment delivery.
Confident working across cultures markets and functions with strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
Strategic and practical: able to see the growth opportunity while also identifying the systems process and delivery requirements needed to make it work.
Excellent communication with all stakeholders across the organisation negotiation and interpersonal skills with the ability to operate with ambiguity and pace.
Comfortable with learning and adopting new digital tools including AI-powered platforms to enhance efficiency and leverage autonomy.
