Key Responsibilities (Mid-Level)
Module Configuration: Hands-on configuration of core Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) modules including Order Release Shipment Planning Rate Management and Itineraries.
GTM Compliance Setup: Setting up basic Oracle Global Trade Management (GTM) elements like trade transaction screening product classification and compliance rules.
Technical Customization: Developing and modifying custom automation agents saved queries screen sets and user menus.
Integrations & Monitoring: Managing inbound/outbound XML or JSON transmissions and web services (REST/SOAP) between OTM/GTM and ERP systems.
Testing & Support: Writing test scripts executing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and resolving day-to-day production support tickets.
Required Technical Skills
Core Systems: 5 years of hands-on experience split across Oracle OTM Cloud and GTM Cloud.
Database & Querying: Strong knowledge of the OTM Data Model SQL and PL/SQL for custom reporting and log analysis.
Data Formats: Proficiency in XML XSLT and standard logistics EDI transmissions (e.g. EDI).
Reporting: Experience building and modifying custom BI Publisher (BIP) reports.
