Associate Data Research Analyst | Rajkot

We are seeking a Data Research Analyst to conduct internet-based research collect and validate information maintain high-quality datasets and support data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate should possess strong research skills analytical thinking attention to detail and proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office tools.

Research & Data Collection

• Conduct primary research through internet-based sources public databases government websites company websites and other credible sources.

• Gather validate and update information from multiple data sources.

• Evaluate source credibility and ensure data accuracy.

• Document research findings and maintain supporting references.
   

Data Analysis & Reporting

• Analyze and interpret datasets using Excel and other analytical tools.

• Identify trends patterns inconsistencies and missing information.
  Prepare reports summaries and data-driven insights for internal stakeholders.

• Support ad-hoc research and business analysis requests.
   

Data Quality & Data Management

• Ensure data accuracy completeness consistency and timeliness.

• Perform data cleansing deduplication standardization and validation activities.

• Maintain structured databases and repositories.

• Follow established data governance and quality control procedures.
   

Process Improvement

• Identify opportunities to improve research processes and data management workflows.

• Contribute to the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• Support automation initiatives and adoption of AI-powered research tools.

• Recommend improvements to enhance productivity and data quality.

Qualifications :

Required Qualifications Education : 
Bachelors degree in any discipline.

Experience

• 03 years of experience in research data analysis business operations data entry market research or related fields.
