Position Summary
- TheData Analyst Customer Operationswill support data-driven decision-making across Revvitys Order Fulfillment Supply Chain Logistics and Customer Care functions. This role will collect analyze and visualize operational data to improve service levels fulfillment performance and customer satisfaction contributing directly to Revvitys mission of delivering innovative solutions that accelerate human health.

Key Responsibilities
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Collect clean validate and analyze data from multiple business systems includingSAP ECC / S/4HANAand other enterprise sources.
- Support the creation and maintenance ofoperational dashboards and reportsusing Power BI or Tableau.
- Monitor key metrics acrosssupply chain order fulfillment inventory and customer service.
- Identify trends anomalies and opportunities for process improvement.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for business stakeholders across Revvitys global operations.
Business Process Support
- Assist in documenting and mappingorder fulfillment and supply chain processesaligned with Revvitys operational standards.
- Support process improvement initiatives acrossCustomer Care Logistics Manufacturing and Procurement.
- Participate in root cause analysis and help identify corrective actions.
Systems & Data Management
- Maintain data accuracy across reporting systems and databases.
- SupportSAP data extraction validation and reportingactivities.
- Assist in maintaining analytical tools data models and reporting structures.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely withPlanning Procurement Logistics Customer Service and Manufacturingteams across Revvitys global network.
- Support ongoingtransformation and digitalization projectsaligned with Revvitys strategic priorities.
- Participate in stakeholder meetings and provide analytical support.
Continuous Learning
- Stay informed on industry trends analytics tools and best practices inlife sciences and diagnostics operations.
- Learn emerging technologies includingAI automation and advanced analyticsas part of Revvitys digital transformation journey.
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelors degree inSupply Chain Engineering Statistics Business Analytics Information Technology Mathematics or a related field.
Experience
- 03 yearsof experience in Data Analytics Business Analytics Supply Chain or Operations.
- Internship or project experience in data analysis preferred.
Technical Skills
- BasicSAP ECC or SAP S/4HANAknowledge preferred.
- StrongMicrosoft Excelskills Pivot Tables Power Query VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and formulas.
- Exposure toPower BI Tableau or other visualization tools.
- BasicSQLknowledge preferred.
- Proficiency inMicrosoft Office Suite.
