Position: Assistant Service Manager
Experience: Minimum 8 Years (Minimum 2 years in a similar role at a leading automobile dealership)
Qualification: Graduate or Diploma Holder
Salary: Up to 50000 per month
Location: Ernakulam / Calicut / Wayanad

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in automobile service operations with at least 2 years in a supervisory/assistant service management role.
• Strong knowledge of workshop operations customer service and after-sales processes; commercial vehicle experience preferred.
• Excellent leadership analytical communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with digital tools business practices and service quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in achieving branch financial and operational targets by monitoring workshop performance and implementing corrective actions.
• Supervise workshop operations including vehicle flow PDI free services and service process compliance to ensure efficient operations.
• Support customer satisfaction initiatives service quality improvements and coordinate with Tata Motors service officials.
• Monitor warranty processes creditors/debtors asset utilization and ensure compliance with safety and waste disposal guidelines.
• Guide and support the service team in implementing service strategies process improvements and achieving departmental objectives.
