- Role: Full-Time Individual Contributor Field Role (Travel Involved) Schedule: MonSat 11 AM8 PM Sunday Off CTC: 10 LPA 8 LPA - Fixed2 LPA Variable Travel Allowance Locations: Bangalore Delhi NCR Chennai and amp; Hyderabad.
- About the Role Drive brand awareness enroll students into free programs and convert them into paid subscribers. Youll work closely with parents students and schools managing the full customer lifecycle through field sales and engagement.
- Key Responsibilities Activate schools and promote UPRIOs platform Enroll students into free trial batches Convert free users into paid subscribers Drive renewals retention and follow-ups
- Required Skills and amp; Qualifications Good English communication; background in EdTech / Education / B2C sales preferred Open to regular field work (schools events) with own 2-wheeler Minimum ed-tech / B2C Sales / Field sales of 1 year.
