Assistant Sales Manager

Position: Assistant Sales Manager
Location: Calicut
Experience: Minimum 5 Years of experience in 4-Wheeler Automobile Sales

Key Responsibilities
* Drive 4-wheeler sales and achieve assigned sales targets.
* Lead motivate and monitor the sales team to ensure target achievement.
* Develop new customer leads and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
* Handle showroom sales operations and ensure smooth customer experience.
* Monitor daily weekly and monthly sales performance and prepare reports.
* Guide sales executives in lead generation follow-ups and customer conversions.
* Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective customers and ensure timely closures.
* Coordinate with other departments including Finance Insurance and Service for smooth delivery.
* Handle customer queries complaints and ensure high customer satisfaction.
* Monitor competitor activities market trends and identify new business opportunities.
* Ensure proper implementation of company sales processes and policies.
* Support the Sales Manager in achieving overall showroom and team targets.
