Role Overview:
Responsible for driving vendor growth retention collections and overall operational performance in the assigned area.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive vendor additions and ensure net growth
Control attrition and manage drop-offs with RCA
Own collections and financial discipline
Improve utilisation and on-road vehicles
Manage RM/ground team performance
Share reports and coordinate with stakeholders
Key KPIs: Vendor growth Attrition % Collection % Utilisation RM productivity
