Position - Assistant Merchandiser (Soft Home)

Location - Gurgaon

• Support the merchandising team in managing the end-to-end product development process.
• Coordinate with suppliers on product development sampling pricing and order execution.
• Track the critical path to ensure timely completion of milestones.
• Follow up on sample submissions approvals testing and compliance requirements.
• Assist in negotiating costs while maintaining quality and delivery expectations.
• Maintain accurate product data purchase orders and merchandising documentation.
• Work closely with buying quality technical sourcing and logistics teams.
• Prepare reports presentations and merchandising updates as required.
• Ensure all products comply with company quality ethical sourcing and sustainability standards.
