Assistant Manager transport
Job Summary
Deep knowledge of NCR locations- (routes) and proficient in Employee routing on application and excel
Address employees concern while maintaining optimum cab utilization and adhering transportation policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws regulations and safety standards governing transportation operations.
Monitor transportation operations to ensure adherence to schedules and quality standards.
Maintain and accurately record key deliverables such as Per head cost On time arrival No-Show
Collaborate with other departments to streamline transportation processes and improve overall efficiency.
Investigate and resolve transportation-related issues a timely manner.
Actively working in employee transport for 10 plus year has experience of managing transport team with 2500 plus transport user in ITES / BPO in 24X7 enjoyment
