Assistant Manager Strategy (Fresher)

• Conduct secondary research using public sources industry reports databases and market publications.
• Gather and analyze market competitor and industry data to support strategic initiatives.
• Assist in developing thought leadership content including reports articles white papers and presentations.
• Support benchmarking exercises and comparative industry analysis.
• Prepare research summaries briefing notes and executive-ready insight documents.
• Maintain research repositories knowledge databases and market intelligence trackers.
• Assist in monitoring emerging industry trends regulatory developments and market opportunities.
• Support proposal development through data gathering and market intelligence inputs.
• Collaborate with senior team members to develop business cases frameworks and research outputs.
• Track and compile key market indicators and industry developments relevant to business priorities.

Qualifications :

Essential Qualifications

• PG in Construction Management Business or related disciplines.
• 0-2 years of experience (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
• Strong academic performance demonstrating analytical capability.

Essential Skills

• Strong research and information-gathering skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to synthesize large amounts of information into concise insights.
• Good business writing and presentation skills.
• Strong proficiency in PowerPoint Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work with data reports and market intelligence sources.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to market research projects internships or academic research.
• Familiarity with consulting infrastructure technology real estate or business strategy topics.
• Knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools.
• Experience in report writing case competitions or research publications.
