Urgent Hiring FMCG / Food Manufacturing Industry

Position: Assistant Manager / Senior Associate – Quality Assurance

Location: Palakkad Kerala
CTC: 6 –7.5 LPA
Experience: 5–8 years of experience in the food industry including at least 5 years in laboratory operations and QA management within foo manufacturing plants.

Educational Qualification

/ . Food Technology /Food Science Chemistry Microbiology or Biotechnology with relevant food industry experience

Key Responsibilities

* Manage plant-wide FSMS and QMS implementation.
* Lead the Food Safety Team and ensure GMP GHP FSSC 22000 and FSSAI compliance.
* Oversee quality assurance for raw materials semi-finished goods finished goods and packaging materials.
* Manage internal supplier process and third-party audits.
* Handle customer complaints root cause analysis CAPA and product recalls.
* Oversee laboratory operations calibration pest control and plant hygiene.
* Manage IPQA sensory evaluation QA documentation and team performance.
* Coordinate with regulatory authorities EIA and Spices Board.
* Support R&D trials product development and continuous improvement.

Required Skills
* Strong plant-level QA and food safety management experience.
* FSMS FSSC 22000 HACCP GMP and GHP.
* Laboratory management audits CAPA and root cause analysis.
* FSSAI / regulatory compliance and team leadership.
