Assistant Manager RB Sales

Revenue Generation & Sales Targets

• Achieve individual assigned revenue targets and actively contribute to driving Avery Dennison Indias goal.

• Monitor market trends customer developments and competitive activities to identify potential growth opportunities.

2. Strategic Brand & Stakeholder Management

• Develop nurture and sustain long-term strategic relationships with key decision-makers and C-suite executives at global and regional Brand Local Offices.

• Position Avery Dennison as a preferred solutions partner by understanding brand goals challenges and requirements.

3. RFP & Global Commercial Coordination

• Lead global or local RFPs/ tenders assigned key accounts.

• Coordinate closely with Avery Dennisons Global Commercial Team to ensure strategic alignment consistent pricing strategies and smooth execution of business.

4. Cross-Functional Alignment (Factory & Product Development)

• Work seamlessly with Factory Sales teams to align brand-level commitments with factory-level execution ensuring complete visibility.

• Work with the Product Development team to champion new item developments.

• Collaborate with the Supply Chain and Demand Planning teams to provide a long term sales plan..

Qualifications :

Education & Experience

• Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing Engineering or a related field (MBA preferred).

• Experience: 57 years of relevant experience in B2B sales account management or brand solutions within Packaging Labelling Apparel/Retail Accessories or Manufacturing industries.
