About the Role:
- Evaluate project estimates budgets tender documents and contracts to ensure accuracy feasibility and compliance with contractual requirements.
- Monitor project costs and expenditures against approved budgets identify cost variances and commercial risks and recommend corrective actions.
- Support procurement activities through BOQ preparation bid evaluation quotation review and cost-effective contractor/vendor selection.
- Conduct site measurements and verify work progress contractor claims variations valuations cost reports and final accounts to ensure effective commercial management and project governance.
General Responsibilities
- Prepare and review BOQs cost estimates and project budgets to support effective cost planning and control.
- Manage contractor billing interim valuations variation orders and final account settlements in accordance with contractual requirements.
- Coordinate with project procurement and site teams to monitor costs manage commercial risks and support decision-making.
- Prepare and maintain cost reports cash flow forecasts and commercial analyses to ensure effective budget management and cost control.

About You:
- Bachelors degree in civil engineering Quantity Surveying or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in quantity surveying cost management billing and contract administration for construction projects.
- Strong understanding of cost estimation BOQ preparation procurement variation management and cost control.
- Excellent analytical communication negotiation and stakeholder management skills with proficiency in MS Excel and commercial reporting tools.
