*ABOUT* Nitya Electrocontrols Private Limited is an Indian manufacturer of electrical power distribution equipment custom-built electrical panels and German-technology based wires and cables.
- Sr Quality Control
Incoming Material Inspection: Inspect and test raw materialssuch as copper rods aluminum strands PVC/XLPE insulation compounds and armor wireto verify they meet specifications before they enter production.
In-Process Quality Monitoring: Oversee wire-drawing annealing stranding extrusion and shielding stages on the shop floor to check conductor resistance diameter tolerance and insulation thickness.
Finished Product Testing: Coordinate and supervise routine electrical and mechanical tests on finished cables including high-voltage tests insulation resistance (IR) tests conductor continuity spark testing and tensile strength checks.
Documentation and Compliance Management: Maintain accurate quality records test certificates Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) and compliance logs required for ISO certifications and regulatory audits.
Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and CAPA: Investigate internal rejections process failures or customer complaints by performing root cause analysis and implementing Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
Calibration and Equipment Oversight: Ensure that testing and measuring equipment (such as micrometers high-voltage test benches and-measuring bridges) are regularly calibrated maintained and compliant with standards
