Position title: Assistant Manager Projects
Reports to: Senior Manager - Projects
Position Summary:
Project Manager Retail Planning & Development
Project Cost Sheet Summary Submission of Budgeted and Annual Expenditure
Responsible Existing store maintenance work
Responsible for All Vendor Service Agreements & Rate Contract Sign Off
Key Objectives:
Work with Sales Teams for store requirement Project Handover R&M work
Responsible for project Cost Sheet summary submission projecting budgeted cost and making a comparison with the actual cost incurred.
Closing all vendor bills within the stipulated time of project handover.
Ensuring timely Project completion by sharing project schedule and for rent-free savings update the status of work progress regularly
Responsible for all Vendor service agreements & Rate Contract Sign Off.
Responsible for rent free savings repair and maintenance work.
Key Performance Indicators:
Cost Control
Vendor Bills
Timely Handover of New stores / renovations
Organizational Relationships:
Internal: Sales and Operation Team VM Team Legal Team Accounts Team Marketing Merchandising Team and IT Team
External: Franchise Vendors and Landlords
Eligibility Criteria And Functional Competencies Required:
10- 12 years of working experience in the relevant industry
Proven ability to solve problems creatively
Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
Excellent analytical skills
Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope budget and timeline.
