Job Summary
Key Responsibilities : 1. Training and Development Design deliver and continuously improve training programs for Uber Ads& Campaigns focusing on advanced product features campaign optimization and platform-specific strategies. Develop training modules that highlight the unique features and advantages of Ads Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy relevance and alignment of training materials with industry best practices.2. New Hire Management Lead onboarding and training for new hires ensuring a smooth transition into the Uber Ads ecosystem. Monitor and evaluate the performance of new hires during their initial training period providing targeted coaching and support as needed. Develop retention strategies to improve engagement and reduce attrition among new hires.3. Performance Improvement Analyze team performance data to identify quartile trends and skill gaps creating customized training solutions to elevate performance. Implement advanced coaching techniques to improve individual and team metrics including Quality Score Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) and overall campaign effectiveness. Collaborate with quality and operations teams to align training initiatives with client expectations and KPIs.4. Leadership and Mentorship Provide mentorship and guidance to trainers and team members fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth. Lead by example in adopting Uber Ads best practices staying updated on industry trends and maintaining a high standard of professionalism.5. Soft Skills and Stakeholder Engagement Exhibit exceptional communication interpersonal and presentation skills to deliver impactful training sessions. Act as a liaison between training operations and client teams ensuring alignment on training objectives and business priorities. Address and resolve challenges in a proactive collaborative manner maintaining a positive working environment.6. Training Innovation Leverage technology and tools to enhance training delivery such as interactive e-learning platforms simulations and gamification. Regularly update training programs to reflect changes in Uber Ads policies features and market trends. Foster creativity and engagement in training sessions to ensure high retention and application of Skills and Qualifications : 1. Technical and Domain Expertise Comprehensive understanding of Uber Ads including Search Display Shopping YouTube and App campaigns. Familiarity with other digital marketing platforms (e.g. Facebook Ads LinkedIn Ads Bing Ads) and their differentiators. Experience with campaign performance metrics analytics tools (e.g. Uber Analytics Data Studio) and optimization techniques.2. Training and Coaching Experience Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a trainer or in a training leadership role preferably within the digital marketing domain. Proven ability to manage end-to-end training processes from content creation to delivery and performance tracking. Expertise in coaching for behavioral technical and performance improvements.3. Leadership and Team Management Strong people management skills with experience in mentoring and developing trainers or team members. Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive collaboration to achieve shared goals.4. Soft Skills Excellent communication presentation and storytelling skills. Strong problem-solving critical thinking and adaptability. High emotional intelligence and the ability to inspire and motivate others.5. Other Essential Qualities Results-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement and achieving training objectives. Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Innovative mindset always seeking new ways to enhance training programs and processes.
