What youll do

• Provide first-level technical support to all hotel departments and resolve hardware software and network-related issues.
• Ensure smooth operation of the Property Management System (PMS) POS back-office applications and other hotel technology systems.
• Install configure and maintain desktops laptops printers mobile devices and peripherals.
• Monitor the hotels network Wi-Fi infrastructure servers and security systems to ensure maximum uptime.
• Coordinate with external vendors for software updates maintenance and AMC activities.
• Maintain IT inventory software licences and asset registers.
• Perform regular system backups and support data recovery processes.
• Ensure compliance with company IT policies cybersecurity standards and data privacy requirements.
• Support audio-visual equipment for meetings conferences and hotel events.
• Maintain documentation of IT procedures system configurations and incident logs.
• Participate in IT projects system upgrades and new technology implementations.
• Provide training and guidance to Heartists on IT systems and best practices.

• Bachelors degree or Diploma in Information Technology Computer Science or a related discipline.
• 24 years of IT experience preferably within the hospitality industry.
• Good knowledge of Windows operating systems Microsoft 365 networking Wi-Fi infrastructure and hardware troubleshooting.
• Exposure to hotel applications such as PMS POS and back-office systems is an advantage.
• Understanding of basic cybersecurity principles and data protection.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
