Designation: Assistant Manager HEMM Location: Vizag Experience: 7 Years Qualification: B.E. / in Mechanical / Automobile Engineering Mandatory Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager HEMM with strong hands-on experience in maintenance of Heavy Earth Moving Machinery and heavy equipment. The ideal candidate should have expertise in preventive and breakdown maintenance equipment reliability troubleshooting team handling and maintenance planning. Key Responsibilities Plan and execute preventive and breakdown maintenance of HEMM and heavy machinery. Handle maintenance of Excavators Loaders Dumpers Crushers EOT Cranes HCVs and similar equipment. Ensure maximum equipment availability and minimize breakdowns and downtime. Troubleshoot mechanical hydraulic and electrical issues. Conduct breakdown analysis RCA and implement corrective actions. Lead maintenance teams and manage workshop/site maintenance activities. Maintain maintenance schedules records MIS and reports. Coordinate with site and corporate teams to achieve maintenance and reliability targets. Ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards. Requirements B.E. / in Mechanical / Automobile Engineering Mandatory 7 years of hands-on experience in HEMM / Heavy Equipment Maintenance Strong experience in Preventive & Breakdown Maintenance Hands-on experience with heavy equipment such as: Excavators Loaders Dumpers Crushers EOT Cranes HCVs Other Heavy Earth Moving Machinery Strong knowledge of Mechanical Hydraulic & Electrical systems Experience in maintenance planning team handling troubleshooting and RCA
