| Job Purpose | This position is open with Bajaj Finance ltd. |
| Duties and Responsibilities | Managing Hospital sourcing for assigned Relationship for Loans and Insurance. -Engage with Hospital to build and strengthen relationships. -Ensuring timely revert on Hospitals querys. -Managing FOS at Hospitals for Loans and Insurance sales in conjunction with Hospital Staff. -Daily Reporting of Key metrics for the hospitals for driving velocity. |
| Required Qualifications and Experience | MBA from a reputed institute with a minimum 1-3 years of experience. Prior & relevant experience in the Financial Services Industry or Healthcare industry would be an added advantage. Demonstrated success & achievement orientation. Strong bias for action & driving results in a high performance environment. Should have excellent communication skills along with strong presentation and data analytics skills. Excellent Interpersonal Skills. Acceptable level of proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint and Excel). |
