Job Responsibilities:

• Review of the product plans for new RFP's (Request for Proposals).
• Planning and Supervise work assignment for next level team members.
• Detailed process discussion with own & other teams then molding the process as safe robust and economic.
• Anticipating the scale up problems at lab scale and resolving the same at lab scale.
• Preparation of list of negative experiments / suggestions from scale-up point of view
• Reviewing all Technical documents including lab validation data analytical reports technical reports during lab validation.
• Review of the scale up equipment’s selected by next level team members.
• Review of the project progress with teams / individuals
• Coordination with other departments like PR&D Manufacturing. to make the scale up plan and for smooth scale up.
  

Experince Required

Assistant Manager - 7 to 9 yrs

Deputy Manager - 10 to 12 yrs
